Welcome Brandi Medeiros, Director of Specialized Services

Announcing our new Director of Specialized Services, Brandi Medeiros!

Brandi Medeiros brings extensive leadership experience to her new role as Cooperative Production’s Director of Specialized Services. She joined the agency in March 2025, following a strong career overseeing residential services for individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and developmental disabilities.

Before coming to Cooperative Production, Brandi served as an Assistant Director at BAMSI, responsible for administering ABI and related disability residences. Her work included ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting individual health and growth, supervising management teams, opening new residential programs, and maintaining strong relationships with funding sources such as DDS/ABI.

Earlier in her career, Brandi held several leadership and direct support roles at Seven Hills Foundation Neuro Care, managing 24/7 residential programs, developing community integration plans, and mentoring teams to provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Brandi’s work is defined by her strong commitment to individualized support, professional excellence, and advocacy for the people she serves. She is trained as a Safety Care Trainer and certified in MAP, CPR, and First Aid. She has contributed her time to volunteer activities with the Brain Injury Association and advocated strongly for human rights and fire safety.

A New Bedford native, Brandi earned her diploma from Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School. Her critical thinking, supervision, and stakeholder communication skills make her a tremendous asset to Cooperative Production’s leadership team.
