Cooperative Production is looking for an organized, approachable HR professional to help us find and welcome the people who support adults with disabilities and brain injuries across Southeastern Massachusetts.
This position manages the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating onboarding and building relationships with schools, job fairs, and community partners.
Candidates should have at least two years of recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple hiring priorities moving.
Salary: $62,000 to $66,000, plus up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
