Welcome Kate Robery, COO

 

We’re excited to welcome Kate Robery as Cooperative Production’s new Chief Operating Officer!

Kate brings nearly two decades of outstanding leadership experience in operations management, strategic planning, and program development within the human services sector. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Operations at Brockton Area Multi-Services Inc. (BAMSI), overseeing approximately 50 residential programs, multi-source funding contracts, and strategic expansion of residential services.

As COO, Kate will lead our agency services, oversee direct care programs, and ensure exceptional support for the individuals we serve. She’ll also collaborate closely with our President and CEO, Michael Cancilliere, to drive policy development and strategic growth and uphold service excellence.

Kate holds a Master of Public Administration and a Certificate in Nonprofit Human Service Management from Clark University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Assumption College. Passionate about education and advocacy, she also dedicates her time teaching social and sexuality education to individuals with developmental disabilities.
