Welcome Mekenzie Berry!

Announcing our new Director of Clinical Services, Mekenzie Berry, LMHC

We are pleased to welcome Mekenzie to her new role as Cooperative Production’s Director of Clinical Services.

Mekenzie has 14 years of experience in the field, starting her career as a direct care staff member at the May Institute in 2011. In 2015, she was promoted to Program Manager at BAMSI, where she supported young adults with autism. After four years, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Operations in the Brockton area.

While working full-time, Mekenzie earned her master’s degree in psychology from Bridgewater State University and worked part-time as an outpatient therapist at Whitman Counseling Center. After earning her LMHC, she transitioned into a clinician role at BAMSI, where she supported 13 residential homes and one day habilitation program. In addition to her professional experience, Mekenzie served as a Quartermaster Officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard for six years.

Mekenzie’s diverse background, combined with her strong leadership skills and hands-on approach, brings a unique and valuable skill set to her current role and is a tremendous asset to the Cooperative Production leadership team.
